Renewable Resource Economy and Investment Forum - China Armco Metals' 10th Anniversary Conference Successfully Held at Lianyungang

On July 7th to 9th, 2011, the “Renewable Resources Economy and Investment Forum - China Armco Metals’ 10th Anniversary Conference” successfully held at Lianyungang Economic Development Zone. About 200 guests from the global were invited to this conference. Mr. Kexuan Yao, the chairman of China Armco Metals, Inc. indicated that the theme of the conference was “Communication, Friendship, Cooperation, and Mutual Benefit”.

We were honored to invite the CEO of the Taiwan and Mainland Common Market Foundation, Mr. Tu Hung, to give the speech “How to Build the Cooperate Platform for Taiwan and Mainland Cities”, the representative of Schneider Electronic, Mr. Greg Johnson, to give the speech “Improving Energy Management in the Steel Industry”, previous secretary general of China Association of Metalscrap Utilization, Mr. Qiping Yan, to give the speech “The Future of the High-Growth Economy and Renewable Resources”, and Mr. Paul Levy to give the speech “The Economy in South Africa and the Cooperation with China”.

In the afternoon on July 8th, 2011, the show “Renewable Resources Economy and Investment Dialog” was hosted by the host of CBN, Mr. Cheng Meng, and participated by Mr. Kexuan Yao, the representative from China Armco Metals, Mr. Greg Johnson, Mr. Tu Hung, and the deputy secretary general of China Association of Metalscrap Utilization, Mr. Shuzhou Liu. The government of Lianyungang also held a Lianyungang Merchants and Investments Promotion Conference in the afternoon.

On July 9th, 2011, China Armco organized Lianyungang city trip, golf game, site visit of Armet (Lianyungang) Renewable Resource Co., Ltd., speech of “Go Public in the U.S. and Merger & Acquisition Seminar” and some other events.

After the conference, Chairman Yao wrote a letter to thank the subsidiaries and all the staff who contribute to this conference. He said: “Reviewing the ten-year journey, China Armco cannot reach today’s achievement without the hardships gone through. I am so touched to see all the brothers and sisters who had made effort to the company and I will keep trying to develop China Armco and make it stronger with our cooperative and energetic team.
