China Armco Metals' 2010 Annual Meeting and 2011 Operating Meeting Held Successfully

China Armco Metals, Inc. held its 2010 Annual Meeting and 2011 Operating Meeting at Marriot Hotel in Lianyungang. Mr. Kexuan Yao, the Chairman and CEO of the company hosted the meetings; the executive management team and department leaders of all the subsidiaries attended the meetings.

In the meeting, Chairman Yao and the supervisor of each subsidiary reported the 2010 operating results and management plan for 2011. The plans are comprehensive and clearly determined with high operability as well as detailed back-up means. Chairman Yao asked the subsidiaries to follow the concept of “utilizing regime to manage people, rely on regime in the business, operating according to plans”, to make greatest effort in attaining the target. Representing the board of director, Chairman Yao signed “Document of 2011 Project Management Responsibility”with the supervisor of each subsidiary and issued appointment letters to them.

The Chinese New Year Party began at 5:30 p.m. on Jan 20th, 2011. Local government leaders, bankers and our business partners were invited to the party. Chairman Yao made an exciting speech and awarded to 2010 Outstanding Employees. At 6:30 p.m., various performances performed by each subsidiary started. Armco people were celebrating and looking forward to the New Year.
