Armet (Lianyungang) Renewable Resource Co., Ltd. 2011 Document of Department Project Management Responsibility Signing Ceremony

In order to make the goal of each department clear and the job assessment easy to conduct, the management team of the company and the department leaders discussed face to face and determined the standard, criteria, method and check points for the evaluation of each department. On the other side, the company operating goal was decomposed to each department with each task clearly determined. This indicated that the company internal management was developed in a way toward institutional and detail-oriented.

The ceremony held at 9:30 in the morning on Jan 27th, 2011 in the meeting room on the second floor. The general manager, Mr. Ji Zhang signed “Document of Department Project Management Responsibility”with seven department leaders. This is in line with the company’s management concept of “utilizing regime to manage people, rely on regime in the business, operating according to plans”.
